Cosmo Beauty Academy graduates are trained on real clients, with professional tools, from early in their programs. They pass the state board and they show up prepared. If you are a salon or barbershop owner — whether you have one chair or ten — we would like to be your first call when you need to staff.

Co-Op Program
A Structured Pipeline from Student to Staff.
The Cosmo Co-Op connects enrolled students with approved salon partners before they graduate.
Our co-op program places advanced students in approved partner salons and barbershops for supervised, paid practical experience — while they complete their remaining hours. Partners get a motivated pre-licensed professional. Students get a job offer before they graduate. Everyone wins.
What this partnership includes:
- Students complete up to 20% of clinical hours at your location
- Rigorous vetting — only top-performing students are placed
- Cosmo provides supervision, liability, and coordination
- Co-op partners receive first right-of-offer for full hire
- Available at our NJ flagship campus — expanding to FL, TX, NV
